Hi all! I hope you guys had a fantastic week & weekend! Our week was kind of slow this week, but it was nice to get some relaxing in! Our weekend was definitely go-go-go. Friday night we had a little date night before heading to a friend’s house to hang out. It was really nice to have a little date with my husband, something we do far too infrequently. Saturday we FINALLY finished up our patio. We had such minimal work to be done we just kept putting it off because it was not in any way prohibiting us from using the patio. But since our families were coming over Sunday we were at our deadline for having it done. I’m really happy it’s done (even though there are some little touches we want to make, nothing we have to do!). Sunday we spent the day with both sets of parents & Steve’s sister & girlfriend. My brother called so he got to talk to everyone & he managed to snag our Mom something for the day (with the help of his all too kind sister) that she loved because HELLO her son got her a gift from prison (she did totally thank me, I do not feel slighted & I do it for the both of them not to get any credit for myself, btw). Our Mother’s Day BBQ was AMAZING and I’m really hoping we can make this a tradition because we do all the other holidays at their houses and it’s nice for them to come to ours. We went out for dinner (hello date night!) and on our exit there was a full rainbow. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen one in person & I definitely made my husband act like he didn’t know me with all the pictures I took haha.

My embarrassing pantry. Went to a Tupperware party at the neighbors & I took this for the party. If I’d taken any other pictures on Saturday they would surely be replacing this one.
